Veranstaltung findet wöchentlich im LK 061 statt bis auf folgende Termine, die in LE 222 stattfinden: 21.10.10 LE 222 02.12.10 LE 222 27.01.11 LE 222 Usability Experience (UX) In recent years the focus of human-computer-interaction has shifted towards analyzing the users´ experiences during interactions with technology. Instead of merely assessing effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction, the users´ emotions and reflections evoked by the technology are considered. With regard to the development of products and applications this is mirrored in the so-called "emotional design" and design that invites reflection not only on the technology but also on the personal life. Applications include, for example, technology for romantic partners who have to life apart: researchers have developed electronic slippers who are connected in a way that when one of the partners wears his/her pair the other one´s pair warms. Within the seminar, applications as well as research methods are presented and discussed (in English ;-). |
