Beschreibung (englisch): The lecture offers an extension to important problems of fluid dynamics and is divided in the following chapters: · conservation equations of fluid dynamics conservation of mass, momentum and energy (Navier-Stokes equations) stress-strain relations, thermal and calorical equations of state · similarity theory of fluids · creeping flows - potential flow · boundary layer theory · introduction to turbulent flows · one-dimensional gasdynamics Lernziele: Extended knowledges on fluid mechanics are presented in this lecture which enable a better understanding of more complex theoretical or experimental problems in fluids. |
