Intercultural Learning in the Primary Classroom - Einzelansicht

One of the most important requirements for effective teaching is the ability to understand the potential of the age group you are teaching. This course will focus on some of the most useful types of language teaching approaches which provide young students with opportunities to be exposed to meaningful language, such as ‘Task-Based Learning’ and ‘TPR’. We will deal with the use of authentic texts, themes and situations, for example: Songs, picture books, traditional rhymes and games. Here we will develop individual lesson plans by integrating a variety of holistic and creative teaching approaches into the planning process. The general goal of this course is to provide you with a lot of useful examples and ideas for the early foreign language classroom.
