In this seminar students will familiarise with key concepts and theories in postcolonial studies. We will read and discuss texts dealing with e.g., migration, ethnicity, indigeneity, mimicry, hybridity, the Third Space, inter- and transculturality, and Orientalism – crucial issues that contribute to an understanding of today's globalising world.
