The aim of this course is to give students the opportunity to improve their listening, reading and speaking skills in a variety of classroom activities using specially chosen materials. Students will be able to test their comprehension skills after watching documentaries or reading newspaper articles and will be able to try out their oral communication skills in group presentations and classroom discussions.
As in any language class, students should see this as yet another chance to expand their vocabulary as a number of interesting topics will be covered during the semester.
