This course focuses on contemporary social issues in China/Taiwan and cultural differences between China/Taiwan and Germany. By using AI support and authentic, cutting-edge media materials, it aims to improve intermediate-advanced learners’ Chinese listening, speaking, and reading skills, while deepening their understanding of the latest social developments in China/Taiwan. The course adopts a flipped-classroom approach. Final grades will be based on classroom participation and a written exam.
