Abstract
What makes an entrepreneur and intrapreneur? What individual skills and competencies are required in the
context of self-employment and with a view to entrepreneurial activity? - These and other questions are
answered in the module. Empirical findings on entrepreneurial personalities and on dealing with phases of
success and failure are integrated and adapted to the regional ecosystem.
