In 1st semester, students take their chosen language focus class and choose 4 content modules (4 AEAS modules or 3 AEAS modules and 1 Elective module) to gain 30 ECTS CP. One of the AEAS modules needs to be the one corresponding to the disciplinary and country focus of the MA thesis (to be written in the next semester).
