Beschreibung: The aim of this course is to deepen the knowledge acquired in the lecture Mathematics I . In particular, an understanding of multidimensional problems will be developed. Topics: Vector-valued functions (Curves in IR(n)), Functions of several variables, Limits and Continuity, Partial Derivatives, Local extrema, Vectorfields, Line Integrals, Multiple integrals, Introduction to ODE, Laplace transforms, Fourier series, Introduction to PDE, Fourier transform Lernziele: The students expand the skill of solving mathematical task formulations and modelling engineering problems mathematically. They are also in a position to solve multidimensional analysis problems. |
