The aim is to learn some advanced tools in modern Complex Geometry. Topics will be suggested and chosen by the participants. The seminar is mainly directed towards PhD students. Advanced master students can attend and also get credit if they contribute according to the requirements for a master seminar listed in the module handbook.
Suggestions for topcs:
- complex-analytic deformation theory (of submanifolds / complex structures)
- differential-geometric aspects of Higgs bundles & Arakelov inequalities
- K3-surfaces
