Course description East Asia in Political Science:
Dieser Teil des Moduls DA1 beleuchtet anhand der Staaten China, Japan, Südkorea und Taiwan, wie diese politischen Systeme Ostasiens in der internationalen Politikwissenschaft betrachtet und erforscht werden.
This part of the module DA1 highlights the way political science looks at and does research on the political systems of China, South Korea, Japan and Taiwan.
Module outline DA 1:
The two courses will introduce students to examples of how East Asia (or an individual country of the region) is dealt with and used as an object of academic investigation in sociology and political science. The goal is to strengthen students' understanding of both the disciplines and the socio-political aspects of the region. Both courses will begin with a general introduction into the societies and political systems of the region and then discuss peer reviewed articles from the two disciplines on selected topics |
