This orientation week will serve to welcome you at the IN-EAST and UDE, to give you information related to your studies and exams, and to introduce you to staff members and lecturers at the IN-EAST and the university. There are also sessions on academic standards in research and writing in the German university context and at IN-EAST specifically.
All MA students (CEAS and MEAS) starting with their studies in winter semester 2018/2019 are required to attend the official Introduction meeting on Monday and the session on Academic Writing and Research on Friday.
Participation in the campus quiz on Wednesday and the BA/MA-breakfast on Friday is not mandatory but we strongly encourage you to join in order to get to know your classmates and fellow students, the campus and the IN-EASTbetter.
The breakfast scheduled for Friday, October 12th, from 9:30 to 11:00 in LC 126 is for both MA and BA first semsters. |
