Nowadays, AI systems are broadly ussed to support decision-making processes. Although these systems have a great potential to improve human rights and peoples’ welfare, there is a growing concern regarding their "opacity". That is, on their lack of transparency with which results and solutions are generated when using AI.
During this seminar, students will elaborate on topics related to transparency, explainability, ethics and legal provisions of AI systems. Having previous experience in AI related topics is not required. |
